The Wintergreen Cowl is for the cold, clear days when a scarf is too much fuss and a bare neck is not an option. It is soft, double thick and dotted with little red bobbles, like berries on snow.
Method
The cowl is knit in the round as one long tube, starting from a provisional cast on. When the tube is long enough, you give it a half twist and graft the two ends together with Kitchener stitch, so there is no seam and no visible join. Because it is a tube, the cowl is fully reversible and twice as warm as a single layer.
