I watch a lot of knitting podcasts and love to discover new channels. Especially it is great to find and share with the world small channels that are just starting out. Here are 10 new knitting podcasts on YouTube that I love watching in 2026. One of them is mine 😊

Bare Knit
Hi, it's me! I'm Ira, a knitter and software developer from Oslo, Norway. In my videos, I talk about my finished objects, WIPs, plans, mistakes, and all the drama that comes with knitting projects (why is there always some drama? 😅). When I pick a project, I like to look for less popular patterns and designers. But of course, PetiteKnit and Andrea Mowry are mentioned on my channel as well (more than once).
I also design knitting patterns, and I share knitting insights and tutorials, because I want more people to fall in love with knitting.
AO Knits
This is the newest podcast on the list. Anna started her knitting podcast in summer 2026, so there are not so many videos yet. There are a lot of PetiteKnit patterns on this podcast. One of her videos is literally called "A PetiteKnit-Heavy Year" 😄 There is plenty of colorwork and cables project. I hope Anna keeps going with her podcast, and we get more content.

Monique Aimee
Monique is an illustrator from Boston. Her channel is a lovely mix of knitting podcast episodes and making vlogs. One day it's a sweater or a test knit, the next it's quilt blocks, a leather bag or a peek into her art studio. In addition to knitting content, Monique also talks about sewing and book recommendations 📚 This is a great channel if you like to get inspiration from a lot of different crafts.
The Knitty Sphynx
Madelyn is a knitwear designer from Minnesota, and her monthly vlogs show both her projects and her own designs. She has a great video about her "stashdown" process, where she counts how much yarn came in and how much went out. Super motivating if you're trying to knit from your stash ❤️ There aren't many episodes yet, but I hope she keeps going with her podcast. I love the vibe of her channel and the mix of knitting vlog videos and podcast episodes.
What Hannah Knits
On this channel, Hannah talks about her projects, plans and inspiration: summer tops, cardigans, and lots of cosy sweaters. Besides the podcast episodes, she has wrap-up videos with all the projects of a year, project ideas, knitting plans, etc. Looks like we have similar tastes in knitting, so I'm pretty much biased, but I think you will like this channel too ❤️
söndrugarður
Sandra lives in Iceland and keeps a visual diary of building a handmade wardrobe, slowly and with intention. Her episodes are "slow living knitting podcasts": quiet and thoughtful, and just as much about community, creativity and perfectionism as about the knitting itself. She only started in spring 2026, and it's already the biggest channel on this list. I love the quality of her videos and the vibe of her channel in general.
I was in Iceland this summer and tried to knit a whole sweater during the trip. Did I make it? You can find out in my Iceland episode 😉
Knit2KnowMe
Ella knits and crochets in Cambridge, New Zealand. Her Knitting Podcast is about finished objects, WIPs, crochet, spinning and New Zealand yarn. Fun fact: her seasons are the other way round (at least for me in Norway), so her cosy winter chats come out in June ❄️
thewoollyvet
"Just a dogtor and her crafts". I mean, how cute is that channel description? Kait is a vet who knits, spins and quilts. Her videos are podcast-like about knitting projects, vlogs, spinning, knitting plans and inspiration. And the best part - you might get to see her dog Whisky in some of the videos ❤️
hanna way
Hanna started her podcast a year ago but there are quite a few videos on the channel already. Her episodes feel like a chat with a friend: chatty, honest and relaxed. She talks about her WIPs, her knitting queue, her knitting process, etc. Lively videos, and I love the vibe of her channel.
Knit with Juliette
Juliette is a PhD student and knitter. In one of her episodes she talks about how knitting keeps her sane throughout thesis writing, and I can definitely relate to that! I love how helpful knitting is in general (until it gets frustrating 😅). On this channel you will find lots of PetiteKnit, NovemberKnits, Le Knit and other well known designers.
